Bottoms Up

Is the Bottoms Up suitable for an adult?
No, it’s only suitable for the smaller physique usually associated with a young person.
^ Top

Is the Bottoms Up durable?
Yes, very. The cover is wipeable hard-wearing ‘leather feel’ vinyl, designed to stand the test of time.
^ Top

Will the foam inner stand up to body weight?
Yes, the foam is of high density specifically designed to cater to downward pressures.

Tranquillow Childrens’ Pillow

Can a child under three years use the Tranquillow Childrens’ Pillow?
No, not recommended. The varying heights on either side of the pillow are designed for the years as specified, 3-7.
^ Top

What pillow should I use then for my child under three years of age?
Whatever you use should not be too soft or able to be crumpled. Your child requires unimpeded breathing patterns at all times, and you should be mindful of this. A low non-creasing platform, probably in foam, is desirable
^ Top

What side to I select with Tranquillow for my child to use?
The first year or two, the low side is recommended for children of average frame, and then the high side for older children.

Family Pillow Junior

Why should I select this pillow over a regular polyfill pillow?
It is our opinion that a mildly contoured pillow such as Family Pillow Junior encourages the natural curvature of the spine during sleep, and that this is a positive contribution to your child’s physical development. A polyfill pillow forms its own shape during the night, and as such good posture can suffer.
^ Top

What are the foam ‘bumps’ for on the pillow?
To help dissipate pressure points to the head and neck. We believe this is advantageous and makes for a more comfortable pillow.
^ Top

What side should I use for my child, the high or low?
It is a matter of personal comfort. Your child will sort that out for him or herself.
^ Top

Can I use this pillow myself as an adult?
Yes, if you sleep exclusively on your back, and it may also be comfortable for tummy sleepers due to its lowness. The pillow is too low for adult sidesleeping due to the need to align (support) the neck and head evenly, and in this position the Junior pillow may not be the answer. We usually recommend the Low version of Family Pillow for the female frame or smaller male physiques.

Baby Traveller

Will my child sweat in this product?
We use an open weave broderie anglais pattern. It must be remembered that anything you apply to your skin will warm, but if the environment is not hot then there is not a problem.

How do I fit Baby Traveller to my child?
We suggest that you have the ties to one side or higher, so baby can loll against the girth of the product. We don’t suggest the ties be at the lowest point, not for any other reason than baby’s chin needs to be supported if gravity takes over. Simply be vigilant as to baby’s position.
